Caritas Cyprus appreciated the opportunity to contribute its grassroots perspectives to the Euro-Mediterranean CSO Conference organized by Cardet Cyprus on April 23-24, 2026. Over two days, professionals from various sectors and organizations across the wider Mediterranean region discussed migration, inclusion and civic space—exchanging views and good practices. Civil society has a significant role to play in tackling contemporary challenges—including by ensuring that policy making is grounded in people’s on-the-ground realities.
