Our ongoing commitment to delivering gender-sensitive services recognizes the complex and often hidden challenges women in particular face in society today. Striving for a more equitable world is at the core of our work. We invite our counterparts to join us in reflecting on ways to “Accelerate Action”—the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day—to hasten progress towards gender parity and to overcome the systemic barriers and biases that stand in the way of women’s advancement and a better world for all.
